Secret Weapon for Better Sleep
You've probably heard of melatonin. Maybe you've heard of L-Theanine and GABA. But you probably haven't heard of Beta-Caryophyllene (BCP). BCP is a terpine phytocannabinoid found in botanicals like Hemp, Black Pepper, Hops, and more. Our BCP happens to come from cloves.
BCP bonds with the CB2 receptor (same receptor CBD bonds with) to produce a calming and anti-inflammatory effect. We believe that when you combine it with known compounds that induce sleep—BCP bolsters the strength, traditional sleep molecule— producing deeper, more restorative sleep.
A Holistic Approach to Sleep
In addition to Beta-Caryophyllene, Sleep Now contains powerful sleep agents that collectively work together to relax the body, calm the mind and promote regular sleep patterns.
Melatonin (1.5mg)
Melatonin is a hormone produced in the body that helps maintain the wake-sleep cycle, or “biological-clock”. Melatonin is most commonly used to help decrease jet lag, adjust sleep cycles and for general insomnia.
GABA (7.5mg)
GABA is a neurotransmitter produced naturally in the human brain. It encourages restfulness, relaxation, serenity and a tranquil state of mind. GABA has few known side effects, all of which appear to be mild when taken in moderate doses.
L-Theanine (12mg)
L-theanine is an amino acid found most commonly in tea leaves. It can be found in both green and black tea. Research indicates that L-theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness and increases brain serotonin, dopamine and GABA levels. There have been no reports of overdose or side effects while taking L-theanine, and drinking tea is generally safe for most people.
Vitamin B6 (3mg)
Vitamin B6 converts tryptophan into serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep patterns. Vitamin B6 is essential in the synthesis of neurotransmitters that regulate the body’s light-related circadian rhythm, which controls a deep sleep and helps with wakefulness after sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an AdvocacyRX Wellness Strip?
Wellness Strips deliver better solubility, bioavailability, and ease of use for a better consumer experience.
Wellness Strips are small oral strips (about the size of a postage stamp) that dissolve when they enter your mouth. They contain up to 21mg of functional ingredients that produce targeted effects and health benefits.
Functional ingredients contained in the Strip dose form can be either pre-solubilized within its matrix or encapsulated, or both for more effective absorption and/or sustained release. As Wellness Strips quickly dissolve, no water is required for their administration.
Suggested Use
Place Wellness Strip on tongue. Let dissolve completely and swallow.
Can I take Wellness Strips Sublingually?
According to the Federal Food and Cosmetic Act, Dietary Supplements need to be ingested. The ordinary meaning of the term “ingestion” is to take into the stomach and gastrointestinal tract by means of enteral administration. Therefore, we do not advocate in any way for Wellness Strips to be placed under the tongue for sublingual absorption. For many Hemp Extract products on the market (i.e. Oil-based Tinctures), it is common practice to place hemp extract under the tongue in order to promote ingestion through sublingual glands. From a metabolic standpoint, Wellness Strips work in a similar way as Oil-based Tinctures, however placing Wellness Strips under the tongue is not advocated or promoted by AdvocacyRX.
Can I take Wellness Strips Buccally?
According to the Federal Food and Cosmetic Act, Dietary Supplements need to be ingested. The ordinary meaning of the term “ingestion” is to take into the stomach and gastrointestinal tract by means of enteral administration. Therefore, we do not advocate in any way for Wellness Strips to be placed on the inside of the cheek for buccal absorption. For many Oral-film based products, it is common practice to place film inside of cheek in order to promote absorption through buccal glands. From a metabolic standpoint, Wellness Strips work in a similar way as other Oral-film products, however the placing Wellness Strips inside of cheek is not advocated or promoted by AdvocacyRX.
